Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion
The only living dragons in Game of Thrones aka A Song of Ice and Fire -- no I will not talk about the show, it hurt me and it's not canon so none of them are dead!! Anyway, Dany (Daenerys) hatched these three boys in a huuuuge fire pire thing after losing her husband and unborn child. Her dragons are her children, hence why she is often called "The Mother of Dragons". Drogon is the biggest of the three and the one Dany rides, he is black with scarlet and was named after her husband; Khal Drogo. Rhaegal is the green dragon, and he's pretty neat! He was named after Dany's brother Rhaegar who basically started a war with Robert Baratheon, ultimately leading in his death and the exile of Dany and Viserys.. Speaking of Viserys; Viserion was named after him and his gold and cream! He's a clingy dragon, always wanting to cling onto Dany much to her dismay (dragon claws man). He is first mentioned in the books as suckling from Dany's boobies... Because milk... Which is cute imo. Love these guys, they are still alive and well in my eyes because FUCK the show.

Syrax
Syrax is pretty frickin neat! She was bounded to Princess Rhaenyra (and had no other riders, sadly). She's golden and cream and just so pretty (just like Rhaenyra). She hatched a lot of eggs and it is presumed that all of Rhaenyra's children's dragons came from Syrax. Her last egg hatched the dragon Morning. She unfortunately died during the civil war, possibly due to her wounds. Either way, dope dragon and I have a funko pop of her tehe.
SPIRITED AWAY
Haku
Haku is a pretty awesome river spirit dragon that also has a human-like form. I don't care much for human Haku, he's a brat, but dragon Haku is the coolest! He's a white dragon with a green/teal mane, which is so pretty. Haku is a perfect example of a Japanese dragon, with three toes, snake and gecko like behaviours and his face is quite similar to a dogs! Though he can get confused for a Chinese dragon to those who aren't familiar with the differences.
GENSHIN IMPACT
Dvalin
Dvalin is an anemo (wind) elemental dragon and is currently one of the largest beings in Teyvat (the world in Genshin). He's besties with Venti, they go waaay back (like thousands of years). He's super cool cause he has six wings and he's a pretty teal colour. Lore wise, we are friends with Dvalin now but we did have to fight him at one point... And you can still fight him as a boss for some material. He has a cool deep voice too. The people of Mondstadt call him Stormterror as he lives in Stormterror's lair. Anyway shout out to Dvalin! Love ya.

Vhagar
Vhagar is the largest living dragon in House of the Dragon and she is a BEAST! the scariest looking dragon ever and to think Balerion was bigger??? HELL NOOO!! Vhagar was first ridden by Visenya Targaryen; sister-wife of Aegon the Conqueror and then Baelon Targaryen. But her more interesting riders were Laena Velaryon and currently (in the show), Aemond Targaryen. Laena was dying from a complicated birth and pretty much asked Vhagar to dracarys (dragon flames) her to death... And after Laena's death, Vhagar was technically passed down to her daughter, Rhaena. However, Aemond Targaryen snuck out at night after the funeral and claimed Vhagar for himself. She died during the civil war.

Caraxes
Caraxes is our deformed dragon baby :( BUT he is still cool as heck! Also known as "The Blood Wyrm", his first rider was Prince Aemon before Prince Daemon. Caraxes was inspired by a Loong; a type of Chinese dragon! He's fought in many battles alongside Daemon and unfortunately died in the civil war (as many dragons did...) Still dope dragon, 10/10.

Sunfyre
Last (for now) is the dragon who I named my blog after!! It's Sunfyre the Golden!!! Sunfyre only had one rider, King Aegon II. He is a beautiful dragon that was completely golden in colour with pink wings! Sunfyre was said to be the most beautiful dragon in the whole of Westeros. King Aegon recoloured the Targaryen's three headed dragon sigil to be golden instead of red in honor of Sunfyre. We haven't seen much of Sunfyre in the show yet but I am sure we will see more of him in season 2! I think he's neat.
